Enjoyed four wonderful days by the pool with a breathtaking view of the lake! Drinks at the Land Shark adult pool were refreshing and lively. The staff were friendly and prompt, making our stay comfortable. Don't miss out on nearby Stewart’s for breakfast. the cinnamon rolls are a must!

Had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful lake views and the friendly staff at Margaritaville. The amenities were fun, especially the swim-up bar. However, the room could use some renovations, with minor issues like outdated furniture and cleanliness that left a bit to be desired. Still, it's a nice getaway!

Perfect for family fun

We had a great time enjoying the Tiki Bar while the kids played and the swim-up bar was a hit with the adults it really felt like a vacation without worrying about anything else. The staff were super friendly and remembered our names which made us feel welcome and valued that kind of service is rare nowadays.

It certainly wasn't cheap but given the overall experience it was still worth it.

The check-in process felt disorganized, taking longer than expected and creating a bit of frustration right off the bat. Rooms in the Driftwood building showed signs of age, with musty smells and a desperate need for updates. Housekeeping services lacked consistency, leaving me to wonder if routine cleaning had been dismissed during the stay. The food options underwhelmed, particularly at the Landshark. it couldn't match the upbeat vibe the resort aimed for. Additionally, navigating the sprawling property can be a bit of a maze, making it tricky to locate your room without clear signage. Lastly, the high drink prices felt excessive relative to quality, which was disappointing for a waterfront resort.

tan-tar-a estates has great amenities and is super close to landshark. the pool area is nice and perfect for families. the staff was friendly, especially at the bar. it really made for enjoyable evenings after a long conference day.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful renovations throughout the resort, especially the airy lobby with its beachy feel, which made navigation easier for seniors. The staff's attentiveness added to the welcoming atmosphere, making my stay truly delightful.

Great outdoor pool and updated rooms, but slow elevators were frustrating.

It was a perfect match for a holiday in Osage Beach with great value. The piña coladas by the pool were delicious and creamy.

The marina was a blast, with jet ski rentals and fantastic lakeside views. We also enjoyed the refreshing swim-up bar at the pool.

kind of disappointing

The rooms felt old even after some paint. The elevators took forever and were kinda sketchy. It’s weird they offer a voucher to skip housekeeping, and ours wasn’t cleaned until super late. They don’t provide water after check-in, which seems cheap. Love the lakeside views and fun outdoor activities though.

The renovation is nice, and it has that resort feel, but it does show its age with visible wear and tear. I appreciated the variety of activities nearby, like the Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, making the stay enjoyable, especially for my daughter. Unfortunately, the food options left a lot to be desired, feeling more like average bar food than what I expected from a resort. The staff was accommodating, but there were some hiccups with maintenance, such as issues with water temperature in the shower. Despite some drawbacks, I'm considering returning for the overall environment and activities available.

Good luck enjoying the amenities

Just spent a few nights here with my daughter. It rained until late afternoon, then cleared up, but they wouldn’t open the gates to the pools or mini-golf. Super frustrating! We were cooped up all day and just wanted to enjoy the outdoors after the rain. The food's decent, though, so at least there's that.

I really enjoyed the beautiful lakeside views. The outdoor activities were fun, especially the water park and the arcade. The staff were responsive and attentive, making our experience pleasant. Check-in went smoothly, and the renovated lobby looked great. The pools were enjoyable, but the adults-only pool needed a cleaning. it was gritty and not very inviting. The room, however, felt dated with a funky smell, which was disappointing. There were maintenance issues too, like the closet doors being missing and the toilet needing to be held down to flush. Despite these inconveniences, we had a nice time overall. The cocktails were delicious, and we found plenty of areas to relax, even if some amenities were crowded.

The lake view rooms are fine. I loved the swim-up bar and the indoor water park. The staff provided excellent service during my stay. The unique dining options were a pleasant surprise. Live music added a fun vibe to the atmosphere. 🌊
